As per the new notification from 22 March 2025 Pacific Island and Timor- Leste citizens who lodge a valid Student or St Guardian visa application may Eligible for a lower visa fee. Previous applicants who applied between 1 July 2024 and 21 march 2025 can apply for certain percentage refund .
