The child must
- be a dependent child of a parent who is an Australian citizen, eligible New Zealand citizen or holder of an Australian permanent visa
- Child age must be below 18 years if child is a full time student he is eligible if the age is over 18 and under 25. If the child over 18 years of age he can apply if he unable to work due to a disability ,
- child must be a dependent of the parent and single.
